Choosing to have midwifery care is a fundamentally different approach to pregnancy and childbirth. Midwifery care is uniquely nurturing, hands-on care before, during and after birth. Midwives are health care professionals specializing in pregnancy and childbirth who develop a trusting relationship with their clients which results in confident, supported labor and birth.
I view birth as a safe and natural process, honoring that every womans journey to Motherhood is unique to her experience. It is my goal to safeguard the physical and emotional health of the Mother and Baby through individualized care.
